Refund & Cancellation Policy – DSS (DigitalSolutionsService)

1. Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before project commencement.

  • Full or partial payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.


2. Cancellation by Client

  • Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice to DSS.

  • Work completed up to the date of cancellation remains billable and must be paid in full.

  • Any prepaid amounts for work not yet started may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative fees.


3. Cancellation by DSS

  • DSS reserves the right to cancel Services in cases of non-payment, breach of Terms, or misuse of services.

  • In such cases, clients will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date, and no further refunds will be issued.


4. Refunds for Services

  • Due to the nature of custom services (web development, SEO, digital marketing), DSS does not offer full refunds once work has commenced.

  • Refunds may only be considered in cases where DSS fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, subject to management review.

  • No refunds are provided for third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration, licensed software).


5. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

  • SEO, digital marketing, and advertising services are billed based on time, effort, and campaigns executed.

  • As results may vary due to external factors beyond DSS’s control, refunds are not guaranteed for these services.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting DSS to resolve disputes.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of contract and may result in additional legal or collection fees.


7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [TX]. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of [USA, TX].
